We ask that you contact us within 24 hours if there is a problem with your order. All of our products are inspected by an internal Quality Control team prior to dispatch to ensure your goods are in perfect condition. If you are not happy with any items purchased from us, for any reason, you are entitled to return this for a refund minus the postal charges. This must be done within 14 days.
All prices quotes include free postage to all addresses within mainland UK. Any orders sent to the Scottish highland, Northern Ireland or the Isle of Man, Channel Islands etc will incur a parcel surcharge which will be added to the final price. Please contact us for further details.
